Kiah Paetz - Dietitian

Kiah Paetz is a North Lakes Dietitian operating out of  Specialist Medical Care Australia. Kiah graduated from the Queensland University of Technology with Honours and is a member of the Dietitians Association of Australia. She is passionate about improving patient health outcomes, prevention of chronic disease and educating patients in health and nutrition. All medicare and DVA claimable consultations with Kiah will be bulk billed through Medicare meaning no out of pocket expenses for her patients.

As an expert in food and nutrition, Kiah translates evidenced-based scientific information into personalised, practical advice to help every client reach their goals in health and nutrition. She has a comprehensive understanding of the interplay between food, human biochemistry and how this plays a pivotal role in health, wellbeing and the prevention of chronic disease.

Regina Tilyard - Dietitian

Regina Tilyard is our new Accredited Practising Dietitian at Specialist Medical Care Australia in North Lakes. Regina graduated in 2018 after completing a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics with Honours at the Queensland University of Technology.  She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their health and lifestyle goals by enhancing their knowledge of food and nutrition, developing mindful eating habits and collaborating on achievable dietary strategies.

Services include, but are not limited to, weight management, healthy eating, food allergies and intolerances, chronic disease management (such as diabetes and cardiovascular conditions), and women’s health. When working with Regina, you can expect to make evidence-based, sustainable dietary changes by developing a realistic nutrition plan that fits within your everyday life.
